Day 1: The Battle of Gettysburg


The #31DaysofARVRinEDU will look a little different this year. SURPRISE! I decided to do daily vlogs to highlight some new and updated apps for the month of March. Come back every day to explore a new immersive technology tool for your classroom.

Get Started:

  1. Get out your tablet, iPod touch, or a cell phone that runs ARKit or ARCore apps. Download the Gettysburg app for iOS or Android devices.

  2. Move to an open area to walk around and explore.

  3. Select "I'm not at Gettysburg" to see all the immersive interactions appear.

  4. Tap the numbers on the map to see the story in history come to life.
