I’ve created a special treat for you and your students. Using the Merge Object Viewer app, I’ve organized a collection for your students to build a winter wonderland. I downloaded objects from Sketchfab and uploaded them into Merge Object Viewer through the Merge Dashboard. View the process below.
Create a Collection
Creating collections in Object Viewer is free and easy. In the app, select the setting on the left of the screen. Select “My Collections” and then pick “Create New Collection.” Name the collection and add a short description.
Add Objects to Collection
Select items you’ve uploaded OR items already in Object Viewer collections. Find and load the object in the Object Viewer app and select the name at the bottom of the screen. At the bottom of the screen, select “Add to” and select your collection.
Share your collection
At the bottom of the screen is the name of your collection. Tap the name and then “share” at the bottom. Share your collection with others using the QR code or provide the Object Code for anyone to search in the app.
Build a snowman
Using a mobile device, scan the QR code above and add objects to your classroom. Create a winter wonderland of 3D objects that will make you MERGY & BRIGHT! Share this collection with your students and ask them to build their own collections to share with others.
