McGraw Hill AR (MATH, AR)
McGraw Hill AR app, where were you when I taught math? These interactive math simulations were too captivating for me to resist playing them. Each activity was so well-designed, with engaging 3D visuals, interactive elements, and a fun assessment. From skiing to ice cream cones to birthday gifts to fish tanks to pirates, these math activities are rich in content AND incredibly fun.
Immersive technologies have been notoriously difficult to effectively incorporate into math education. Companies have often failed to create meaningful activities and questions that truly take advantage of the possibilities that these technologies offer, instead resorting to digitizing worksheets. Thankfully, the McGraw Hill AR app has recently given me renewed hope that soon, our students will be able to experience a whole range of educational math activities in an immersive environment.
